Vivien Delta - Sculpture
Born in London in 1984 and raised in Athens, Vivien Delta works and lives in London. She holds an MA in sculpture but comes from a diverse creative background. Her main focus is on ceramic sculpture but her artistic pursuits extend to a plethora of mediums such as painting, printmaking and murals.
By pushing the boundaries of clay she experiments with form, texture, and structure creating pieces that both defy and redefine the medium’s nature and aim to bridge the gap between the tangible and the conceptual. Vivien’s ambitious heavy stoneware freezes have great readability and combine a sense of painting with an ‘urban tribal’ texture.
Her work has been exhibited in Milan, London and Athens and her murals can be seen in commercial and public spaces in Athens, Edinburgh, London and more
